What we do.

Extending your kitchen into your side return can create a stunning new space. We specialise in building extensions into side spaces, and so have a sound knowledge of design options, methods of construction and project duration. This means the actual build would span about 4 months with a guide price in the region of £80,000 plus VAT. See design&build “What You Get” for what is included in our guide price.

We will take care of the entire project for you from initial concept through to completion, project managing and designing your space to give you the best extension achievable. We can also help you choose your kitchen cabinets and appliances which can be installed by our team. In addition to this we can design your outdoor space to work in conjunction with your interior, if required, and
co-ordinate this within the build to minimise disruption.

We will create a clean, modern look using the highest quality Schüco sliding doors which minimally and beautifully frame your outdoor space giving you a virtually un-interrupted view. Likewise our tailor made rooflights (usually 3) maximise the overhead light available to your new space. We fit underfloor heating wherever possible which can be used with our compatible range of polished concrete, wood and tiled floors. The electrical fittings we use as standard are stylish polished chrome, with white or chrome downlighters and wallwashers. The internal doors are individualy made and fitted with modern chrome handles.

We are a new company based in N19 offering a seamless route to a beautiful extension.
Helen Wright - Project Manager Helen has been a property developer since 1998 working on a series of projects from house renovations to conversions and new build. Helen is experienced in managing all stages of a project from the initial ideas, through planning, building control and construction to the final details. Each building project is unique and presents its own opportunities and challenges. Helen will be in regular communication with you through all the stages so that you know how your extension is progressing and what to expect next. Helen has a broad range of tried and trusted contacts among professionals, consultants, officials and tradesmen and is able to bring the relevant experts to assist on your project.
Gina Parr - Designer Gina has 20 years of experience in designing and managing projects for clients from concept to construction through to completion. She has been responsible for a variety of budgets up to £500,000. However, her designs, whilst creative and imaginative, are always mindful of the budget, whatever the size. She designs for clients using clear communication, organisation and a good sense of practicality. Her credits range from residential extension and garden design to interior and landscape design for the “Lost Gardens of Heligan” in Cornwall through to huge stage builds for television productions including “Eastenders” “The Brits” “The Royal Variety Performance” and “Children in Need.”
